Proppy was founded in 2023 when Andreas couldn’t find any good tools to manage his property portfolio and was tired of using spreadsheets. Kapitall was launched with a rental and flipping calculator that was very well received. Now, Kapitall has rebranded to Proppy and is taking the service to a new level – with the vision: Real estate made simple.
