1. General
These terms apply to all sales of digital solutions from Proppy AS (hereinafter referred to as "seller") to consumers through the website www.proppy.no.
2. Parties

Buyer is: the person specified as the buyer in the order, and is hereinafter referred to as "you", "your", or "the customer".
3. Agreement Formation
The agreement is binding for both parties when the buyer's order has been received by the seller. A party is not bound by the agreement if there have been writing or typing errors in the offer from the seller in the order or in the buyer's ordering solution on the internet.
4. Digital Products
Digital products are delivered immediately after purchase unless otherwise specified. Access to the products is provided via email or directly to the customer's user account on www.proppy.no.
5. Prices
The prices for goods and services are sold in NOK and include all taxes and fees. The total cost of the purchase will appear before ordering and include all expenses associated with the purchase such as fees, charges, and delivery costs.
6. Payment
Payment is made through the payment solutions offered on www.proppy.no. The payment is processed immediately, and the products become available for use as soon as the payment is approved.
7. Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing digital solutions, the buyer normally does not have the right of withdrawal after the product has been delivered, as the digital delivery is considered completed and the product as "used".
8. License Use
The products are sold as licenses for use and not as physical goods. You have the right to use the product in accordance with the terms that accompany the license. The product must not be copied, resold, or distributed in any way without express written permission from the seller.
9. Changes to Terms
The seller reserves the right to change these sales terms without notice. Changes will be published on www.proppy.no.
10. Dispute Resolution
Complaints should be directed to the seller within a reasonable time. Parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is not possible, the buyer can contact the Consumer Council for mediation. Disputes fall under Norwegian law and shall be decided by Norwegian courts.
